Where are you based?
I'm based in Irvine, Southern California.
How is the artwork packaged?
Large paintings are packaged very carefully in a box with layers of bubble wrap and paper for protection.
Small paintings are packaged very carefully in boxes or in water-resistant and tear-proof bubble-lined mailer.
Do packages have tracking?
All of my artwork shipping include a tracking number and have insurance coverage.
What is the typical processing time?
Most orders ship within a few days, but please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
How long does shipping take?
Normally packages take the following amount of time from shipping date to arrive at the destination:
USA- 3 to 8 business days
Canada- 4 to 10 business days
International- 7 to 12 business day
Shipping times may vary due to pandemic and are not in our control. Your patience is highly appreciated.
Will there be additional charges upon delivery?
In the case of any customs, tax and foreign charges for original artwork, it is the buyer's responsibility.
Do you accept returns?
I want you to be very happy and satisfied with your purchase, returns/exchange for originals are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Please contact me as soon as possible. Paintings must be packaged the same way it arrived and shipped with a tracking number.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and custom fees if applicable.
Once the painting is received in good condition, I will send you a refund. The amount will be the total amount received after your payment was processed, minus all shipping costs and any other additional charges.
