A Thousand Blooms is an invitation to wander where the sea meets the wildflowers. Inspired by California's coastline, this painting celebrates those quiet places where nature feels abundant, the ocean stretches endlessly, and every breeze carries the promise of spring.
Created entirely with palette knives, layers of richly textured oil paint capture the movement of the water, the warmth of the cliffs, and the joyful rhythm of flowers dancing above the shore. Rather than recreate a landscape, I hope to capture the feeling of standing there, to breathe deeply, slow down, and remember the simple beauty that surrounds us.
